Download data from your MLS → paste it into ChatGPT → ask it to analyze and summarize.

Want it to sound like you? Just add:
“Rewrite this to match a warm, experienced, tech-savvy real estate voice.”

It will push back with realistic objections so you can practice your response scripts in a safe, pressure-free way. I do this on my phone all the time before presentations.
