People have to find you before they can hire you. Period.

And here’s the truth:
You can’t build trust until they like you.
They won’t like you until they know you.

That’s why Step 1 is all about visibility—creating evergreen content that shows up before your clients even know they need you.

🎯 Try content like:

  • “Is now a good time to buy in [Your City]?”

  • “Should I sell before I buy in 2025?”

  • “What credit score do I need for a loan this year?”

These are real search terms your future clients are Googling right now.

✅ Format Ideas:

  • 3-minute YouTube videos

  • Instagram Reels or TikToks

  • Carousels or blog posts

  • ChatGPT for script generation

  • Canva for thumbnails and social content

  • A phone, ring light, and tripod — total setup for under $50

Step 2: Nurture – Show Up with Value

Here’s where 90% of agents drop the ball.
They either ghost leads... or hammer them with spammy sales messages.

Instead? Be the guide. Be the resource. Be the relationship.

  • Client stories: “How we won a bidding war with first-time buyers”

  • Quick tips: “3 things to know before listing this summer”

  • Behind the scenes: “How I prepped this home to sell in 48 hours”

✨ Tip: You don’t need to be polished. You just need to be real and consistent.

Try a weekly rhythm:

  • Monday: Quick tip

  • Wednesday: Client story

  • Friday: Local spotlight or BTS

And yes, you can batch-create your content in one day and schedule it out for the week or month. 💪

  • Email

  • Video

  • Social posts
