1. Set Clear Goals – Know Your Target 🎯
If you don’t know what you’re aiming for, how can you hit it? One of my favorite quotes from Les Brown is:
"Most people fail not because they aim too high and miss, but because they aim too low and hit."

📊 Break your goals into numbers – Example: If you need 20 conversations to generate one lead, track that number weekly.
📆 Use SMART Goals – Make them Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound.
📝 Write them down & keep them visible – Put them on your desk, phone, or bathroom mirror as a daily reminder.
💡 Pro Tip: Start with one lead generation goal this month. Maybe it’s hosting an open house, running a social media campaign, or reconnecting with past clients. Commit to it.
2. Create a Daily Lead Generation Habit 📅
Success isn’t about big, dramatic moves—it’s about small, consistent habits that build momentum.
How to Build a Lead Generation Routine
🕒 Time Block Your Prospecting – Set aside 1-2 hours daily for lead generation (calls, emails, follow-ups).
📊 Track Your Progress – Use a spreadsheet, journal, or tracking app to measure calls, emails, and social media outreach.
🏆 Reward Yourself – Celebrate small wins! If you hit your daily goal, treat yourself to coffee, a walk, or an episode of your favorite show.
💡 Example: If you block 9 AM - 10 AM for lead generation, you could:
📞 Call 5 past clients
📩 Follow up with 3 warm leads
📲 Post 1 market update on social media
The key is simplicity & consistency—just show up daily, and results will follow!
3. Stay Accountable – Find Your Support System 🤝
Even the best leaders need accountability. It’s easy to skip lead generation when no one is watching. But if you have someone to hold you to your goals, it makes all the difference.

👥 Find an Accountability Partner – A colleague, mentor, or friend who will check in weekly on your progress.
